Vybely is a social platform that helps users discover events, connect with others, and manage their social calendar. We provide tools for event creation, RSVP management, and social discovery.

You agree to use Vybely only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Posting content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App's services.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Our App integrates with Google Calendar to help you schedule events. By connecting your Google account, you grant us permission to access and modify your calendar as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.

5. Event Attendance & Safety

Vybely facilitates connections but does not guarantee the safety or quality of real-world events.You attend events at your own risk. We are not liable for any actions of users offline.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
